This park is located directly behind the Township Hall on Bell Road.  It is the host park for the summer Cal-Ripkin baseball program and the Niles-Brandywine girls’ softball program.  It is by far the busiest park during the summer with many families and visitors watching area youth participating in ball games and tournaments.  The park also features pickleball courts which serve to host Michiana PickleBall Association league play Tuesdays through the summer and are open to the public.  This park also offers convenient access to the IMRVT (Indiana Michigan River Valley Trail), which runs along the entire eastern edge of the park. Other amenities of the park include play structures, a pavilion with picnic tables and grills for use at no charge.

This one acre mini park is located along M-51 and provides playground equipment, two benches, two grills and a covered picnic shelter.
