Ordinance Complaint Procedure

Niles Charter Township is very concerned with properly serving the public in a timely manner. Recently the complaint procedure was fully documented to better convey how the residents concerns get answered and/or resolved.

How do we handle complaints?

Niles Township has taken considerable time to diagram the complaint process so citizens can better understand how their concerns get answered and/or resolved. So if you have ever asked the question, “what happens after I make a complaint?” please click here to view the process.
